Disclaimer

  • Participation in the 2026 Aswaq Winter Festival is entirely free of charge; no fees will be imposed.
  • Stalls will be assigned according to the type of products and provided free of charge by Aswaq.
  • Submission of this form constitutes an expression of interest only and does not amount to final acceptance. The organizing committee will contact the selected applicants.
  • The participant shall bear sole legal and financial responsibility for its products, goods, equipment, employees and representatives; for the safety, quality and regulatory compliance of its products; and for any claim, damage or violation arising from its participation or activities, without prejudice to any liability that may not lawfully be excluded.
  • Aswaq and the organizing committee reserve the right to reject any application, cancel an acceptance, change the stall type or location, or suspend participation in the event of any breach of the terms, instructions or safety requirements, or the submission of incorrect information, without any entitlement to compensation, subject to applicable law.
  • If an application is accepted but the applicant does not commence participation and attend the festival site during the first two days from the festival start date, Aswaq may cancel the acceptance and allocate the stall to another applicant, without compensation or liability to Aswaq.
  • The participant must attend and operate the stall throughout the specified festival days and operating hours. If the participant is absent for two consecutive days without an acceptable excuse or the organizing committee's prior written approval, or is repeatedly absent in a manner that disrupts the festival, Aswaq may suspend or cancel the participation and allocate the stall to another participant, without compensation or liability to Aswaq.
  • The stall type and location will be allocated according to the products offered from among the options shown below.

Data Privacy and Consent

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that Aswaq and its affiliates may collect, process, use, store, and retain the data and information provided through this registration form for the purposes of reviewing and evaluating the registration, administering and organizing participation in the Winter Festival, and for related operational, administrative, and regulatory purposes.

The Participant represents and warrants that all information and data provided are true, accurate, and complete, and expressly consents to the collection, processing, and use of such information for the purposes stated above. The Participant further acknowledges and agrees that such information may be disclosed to or shared with competent governmental or regulatory authorities, service providers, or contractors to the extent necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes or to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation.

Aswaq shall take reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality and security of the collected data and information and shall not use or disclose such data for purposes other than those specified above except as required by applicable law or upon obtaining any necessary consent where required.

Submission of this form, whether in physical or electronic form, shall constitute the Participant's acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms set out in this clause.
